About ...  

my life of being tall. Fairly boring but nonetheless, here it is. Well some of it, at least.  Of course I always get the normal boring standard questions like:
   
 How did you get to be so tall?  | This one I love, humm.. I think I might have grown or something? |
 Do you play basketball or volley ball?  | Do all short people play miniature golf? |
 Are your parents tall?  | No they were midgets and this is some sort of genetic miracle |
  Do you have a hard time finding clothes?  | Yes, I do.  Thanks for rubbing it in |

 
Sometimes, I do like being tall.  It has taken on what, SEVERAL years to reach this state of acceptance.  Imagine being 13 years old and being 6'1".  By 14/15 being 6'2 3/4th".  This is when all of the 'boys' my age still looked 10 and were about 5'5". Oh and we all know that you boys back then, girls too, can be so cruel.

These days, the comments are still there.  Worst culprits are bars.  People assume that because they have had a few drinks they are free to say whatever they like and it will not hurt your feelings. Ah, who cares about those people anyway, right?  I suppose I am sounding a bit horrible here, being tall isn't the worst thing in the world, it certainly isn't even bad.  I could think of other things that would be worse, but still... We all have our little sore spots, right?

- Love techno - Any British music
- Obsessed with traveling and all things British
- Studied Computer Science at Uni Northern Colorado and Uni of North London
- Grew up in Michigan, live in Denver, Colorado now
- Generally a nice person, but do have a temper
- I love to shop, shop for handbags, shoes, clothes and home goods
