Amusement From Above

Seriously, I am just so excited for our trip. Rachael emailed me the places we are going to stay.

The plan is to spend a few days in Singapore, staying with her. Then go to Siem Reap, Cambodia and staying at the Sokha Angkor Hotel and Spa. Then take a day tour, via Elephant to Angkor Wat. We will then spend two days just wandering around Siem Reap.

Siem Reap

We will try (if time permits) to go to Luang Prabang, Laos and stay at the Le Calao Inn. We plan on two days here.

Laos

Then to Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon) Vietnam and staying at the Caravelle Hotel. We plan on 4 days here to see the sites.

Vietnam

Then, off to Thailand!! We are going to go to Chiang Mai and stay at the Yaang Come Village. Rachael has been here before and says it is beautiful. Plus it’s only a few minutes from a huge shopping night Baazar!! Perfect.

Thailand

Then back to Singapore, in which I hope to spend a day over in Malaysia.

Overall, it’s a lot to cover in 12 days but totally worth it!

We begin getting our shots on Tuesday, Hep B and Tetanus. Then the following week begin Hep A and Typhoid. Overall, these shots will cost us $520pp. Our insurance only covers $300, so still spending a TON of $$$ on shots. Blast. Too bad all the shots I received when I went to Peru have 'expired'. I suppose it's worth it, so we don't get sick and die.
